Roofing work can be difficult for a customer to assess from the ground. Your marketing should make the service clear, show safe and honest proof, and explain how someone can arrange an assessment.

Show the result without taking risks

Use photographs taken from a safe position or by a qualified person using an appropriate method. Do not climb or lean over an edge to capture a better angle, and do not let filming distract from site safety. A clear ground-level view, material sample or close-up taken safely can still show useful detail.

Ask the property owner before photographing or publishing the job. Remove house numbers, vehicle plates and other identifying information.

Explain the kind of roofing work you take

Separate repairs, inspections, maintenance and larger replacement projects if customers need different information to understand them. State the areas you serve and what details help you assess a request. Avoid diagnosing a roof condition from a single photograph or promising that every leak has the same cause.

Build confidence with accurate proof

Create a short project note: what the customer asked for, what work you completed and one relevant detail. Use only claims you can support. If a job involved a specialist certification or warranty, describe it precisely and only when it genuinely applies.
