Service.
These terms govern your use of Grafter, operated by Daniel Moore, trading as Grafter, [business address]. By signing up or using Grafter, you agree to these terms.
What Grafter is
Grafter is a WhatsApp-based tool that generates caption and image suggestions from photos you send, and can publish approved posts to your connected Facebook and/or Instagram accounts. Grafter is not a marketing agency, does not guarantee business outcomes, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act on behalf of the business you're signing up for. You're responsible for keeping your account and connected social media credentials secure, and for all activity that happens through your account.
Subscription and billing
- New accounts get 5 free posts. After that, continued use requires a paid subscription at £29/month (or the current price shown at checkout).
- Billing is handled by Stripe and is charged in advance on a rolling monthly basis.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't offer partial refunds for unused time within a period.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change means you accept the new price.
Your content
You own the photos, sentences, and any content you send to Grafter. By using Grafter, you grant us a licence to process that content (via AI generation and image processing) solely to provide the service to you — we don't use your content to train models, sell it, or share it beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use and post any photo you send (e.g. it's your own work, or you have the customer's permission if people are identifiable in it), and that generated posts don't contain anything false, defamatory, or unlawful.
Connected social accounts
Publishing to Instagram/Facebook depends on Meta's platforms and APIs, which we don't control. We're not responsible for Meta API downtime, policy changes, permission revocations, or account restrictions imposed by Meta — if Meta changes how their API works or restricts your account, publishing may be affected or stop working, and we'll do our best to adapt but can't guarantee uninterrupted service.
Acceptable use
Don't use Grafter to generate or post content that is illegal, harassing, discriminatory, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.
Disclaimers and liability
Grafter is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that posts will generate leads, engagement, or any specific business outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to Grafter is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost profits, lost business opportunities).
Termination
You can stop using Grafter and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or if required by law or by Meta's own platform policies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the "last updated" date above when changes are made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
