How to
Delete Your
Data.
You can request deletion of your Grafter account and all associated data at any time.
In the app
Go to Settings in the Grafter portal, then choose Delete My Account and confirm. This immediately deletes your profile, contact details, tone settings, connected account records, post history, conversations, and stored image references. Any remaining stored data is removed within 30 days.
By request
Email info@getgrafter.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my data". We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, per UK GDPR or applicable data protection law.
Published posts
Posts already published to your Instagram or Facebook account are not affected. Those are controlled by you directly through Meta's platforms, since Grafter only publishes with your approval and does not retain ownership of content once it is live.
Disconnecting an account
If you disconnect Instagram or Facebook without deleting your whole account, Grafter stops being able to post on your behalf, but your account and history remain until you request full deletion.
